FOUR IDENTIFICATION LINES*:

1. Name of Business (will be bold and all caps in listing— if too long, will count as two lines)

Additional lines may be purchased for $3 each.

* Business Name, Contact Name, Address, Phone/City, Cell Phone, Fax, Email Address, Web Address, License Number, etc.

A 25-WORD (OR LESS) DESCRIPTION OF YOUR BUSINESS:

Hyphenated compound words or words joined with a slash count per word. Examples: "male/female relationships" counts as three words; "never-ending story" counts as three words.

Web addresses are counted by number of words in the address itself. Examples: www. naturalawakeningsmag.com counts as three words (natural, awakenings, mag); www.healingtherapies.com counts as two words (healing therapies)

The first 25 words are included in the CRG price. Additional words may be purchased for $.50 each.

Monthly price includes logo/photo/graphic. Please submit a high resolution (300 dpi; 600 dpi if scanned) graphic in one of the following formats: pdf, jpg, tiff, bmp, eps, bmp. No website graphics or Word documents. Please email graphic as an attachment.
